Looking for nice polished silver spacers 1 1/8

Not quite vintage, but my Surly Cross Check got rammed by a BMV SUV the other week. It was her fault. She didn't even have a license. So I got 450$ to rebuild or replace the handlebars, stem, fork, and wheel. The handlebar could only be found in silver because 26.0 is not as common these days. So I thought, "Hey, why not replace all those ugly black accents with some nice shiny silver bits?" Unfortunately, the smallest part, the spacers have been an absolute bear to find. Can anyone recommend a good online retrogrouch shop?

tl;dr
This is the part I want. But as you can see, 1 1/8 is mostly sold out. Anyone know of source for similarly nice and shiny silver spacers?

Thanks for replying, PCB. You're a good man. I've got some hits on Amazon, but details on size are scarce and manufacturer is unknown. The fixie shop down the street had some, but the finish looked diseased and gross. If I'm going with all silver accents, I want it to look nice.

Any aluminum spacer and a buffing wheel for a couple of minutes will produce what you want. Roger

A quick ebay search for "headset spacer silver 1-1/8" just got me 180 hits worldwide, 78 hits US only. The fixie shop spacers should shine up nice even without a buffing wheel, use some Mother's, a rag and elbow grease. And you can't beat free from RobbieTunes.

I like silver on silver, I've used silver/white carbon spacers for extra fun; sometimes I alternate black/silver on bikes with mixed black/silver componentry. I almost exclusively use black saddles, black bar tape and black casing, no room for fun or improvisation there in my stable. But headset/stem spacers are fair game for mixing/matching.

I've got a whole stack of 'em. They just don't go with my flow, lately.
Free, incl shipping, in the lower 48. Otherwise, we talk....
