the pedals look great on both. i think you will be very happy with them. they are heavier than keo pedals but i dont think my keos are going to last as long.
Thanks, I probably won't bother with a matching tire because the rear one is an almost new gp-4000s and those wheels are usually on my aluminum bike which I don't really care about looks wise (only paid $15 for the gp4ks and the pro3 race on the front, take offs FTW). I have a different set of wheels in the works for the colnago though, I have a set of ultegra hubs and the hed belgium rims are haunting my dreams. They're pricey though...

I hear you on making the bridgestone 10 speed , it will probably happen eventually but I have bigger fish to fry

I vote swap pedals, white w/the RB1 and red w/Colnago. Nice cruiser tire on the front of that Colnago. Nice mixte tire.

I'm building an all campy MTB now too let me know if you're down for a ride.

So far I only have the cranks, rims (campy sthenos - lucky MP find). Too bat a deal on brakes and levers fell through due to circumstances...

Otherwise all the other parts except the brake pads and repro hoods are what was on the bike as-found... oh and the bell so I don't get a 110$ ticket... I think I'll get one of those fancy bells and some new cable housing too.

Jake, that's another outstanding build.

I'd love to take that out for a test drive.

Nice build. How do those Titan frames ride? I was tempted to pick one up a few years ago when they surfaced.

I don't see too many of those Daytona 10s levers. I've compared them side by side to my Chorus 10 and they appear to be nearly identical. A very very subtle difference in finish maybe. They feel the same and I would guess they share the same internals.

Every time I see one of those late 80's SR builds, I get a little squooshy inside. Love them bikes.

Sixty Fiver, you said this to me recently, and now I'm saying it to you ---- that Twenty looks better now than it did when it left the factory! That's a real gem. And, at 61, that Brooks ought to be broken in finally.

Thanks... the bike was in pretty mint and original shape when I received it and I tweaked it out by swapping the brake levers, rack, pedals, grips, and saddle and the other night re-laced the rear wheel with an alloy one.

The saddle is delightful and is in wonderful condition... it came on my 1951 Raleigh and I made a trade between these bikes as the B66 "Gents Model" saddle is a better fit on the Twenty and the Wright's W3N it had is a better saddle for the drop bar equipped Sports.

I have been fairly fortunate to have found quite a number of near mint 20's over the past 4 years... gave one to my wife (it matches mine) and last spring gave my '77 to my youngest daughter as that was my intention when I bought it and she loves it.

This is probably the nicest 20 I have ever come across and I do like the British models with their 451 wheels although the 406 equipped bicycles are a little tougher and ride better due to their smaller and higher volume tyres.

Sadly, I cannot sit up that straight on a bicycle for very long because of back issues so I reserve my '72 R20 for short trips... it was a wedding present from a good friend to match my wife's.

My P20 is set up for long distance riding... it will be heading off for powder coating in a few weeks.
