Front wheel not able to fit due to clearance, would this work?

How To Add More Tire Clearance To Your Road Bike ? DYI | Rando Richard

Saw another thread where he used these metal tabs and they ended up working fine for him.

LOL
Never mind the bike. Anyone who got $8000 for their 2000 Camry is the winner.

My 2011 and 2017 Langster can fit 28s sad you can't do it on yours. You might try a different fork? I don't have my old langster fork but I will have the new one from my Rio if you are interested in it and it clears 28s just fine and is a lovely green just PM me and we can work something out.

If you're looking for new tires, take a look at

https://www.bicyclerollingresistance.com/

The site gives height and width for a variety of tires. You'll likely need to look in the 'road' section.

A 28 tire did fit. There was a slight bubble that caused 1/8th of the tire rotation to barely brush. That was velocity deep V + 28mm gatorskin tire. Im sure a quick true and little less pressure and would be fine.

His alex rim + panracer tire didn't fit at all.

Its ok, the 25mm gatorskin is doing fine. Will probably end up going 25 in the back too once a tire replacement is needed.

The langster is actually crazy fast. Really digging the aluminum frame.

You guys need to calm down and stay on topic. End the personal feuds now because I don’t want to see this static carried over to other threads.
