I have 23/25 tires sitting in the basement right now, and 28c Gatorskins on the Trek I'm putting together. Toying with the idea of putting the former on that bike just to try 'em out.
Or... as I'm in the process of losing weight anyway, may wait a bit and try 'em next season.

I'm 250 and for my road bike I have an 80s Trek that has a racing geometry, so I can get 25s on there. Since I normally ride gravel with 700x38, the 25s are great for low rolling resistance, but I definitely feel road irregularities under the handlebars. Tires are pretty much fine at max pressure, but at my size I am watching the OG Matrix wheels closely. I will adjust true as needed to the degree possible, but I will switch over to some Sun rims or something similar when needed.
