I saw it this morning! Been a while old friend.

Due to un-diagnosed pituitary issues and severe low T, I balooned up pretty good over the last decade. Got treated and back on the bike last summer. Lost some ground over the winter but not all of it. This summer has been good so far and I feel soooo much better. Still a ways to go but today is a good day.

Never been much for the scale. I ride for fun, to feel better, look better, and for my clothes to fit better. The work is paying off!
