I did my ride already. It was really cold, too. Possibly I'm better than you if you haven't ridden.

Outdoors, too.

If you've ridden, I'm proud of you.

If not, well, why don't you just enjoy the day.

Whatever.

1 hour on the 1UP this AM. Cooking Thanksgiving dinner (supper?). Spend enjoyable time with my daughters and wife. Couple of glasses of wine. Read the Forum. Unnecessary to think about what I'm thankful for, it's pretty clear...

Burp. We'd all better ride tomorrow. Spent an hour on the trainer early this a.m.....didn't want to miss time with the visiting kids. Thanksgiving blessings to all...especially those who are alone.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Had a nice ride this morning with some friends and now I'm starting to smell the turkey in the oven. Beautiful warm day here. Plenty to be thankful for.

I had to work today, a light day, I had turkey and ham lunches brought in for the crews. It was nice to sit arounnd with my work friends and talk about what we had to be thankful for and then come home early and have a fine dinner with my family. I feel very blessed. Happy Thanksgiving.

Did my 25 miles on TG Day yesterday.... and it was coolish, semi-windy, and all-in-all pretty lonely out on the local MUPs. I have a tendency to reflect/ruminate on life's ups and downs on these solo holiday rides, and when I get home it is interesting to look back on last year's holiday ride stats and think about what progress I have perhaps made. Food and family are a fine reward for my sojurn. I like Thanksgiving...

Happy Day-After-Thanksgiving (aka Pepto Bismol Day)! Weather was seriously crappy Thanksgiving (and no time to ride anyway between cooking and the festivities). Today is cold & windy so no go. Tomorrow looks decent so the only decision will be between the Super Le Tour and the World Sport fixie.

Had a sliver of pumpkin pie for breakfast. Hey, it's fruit...right?

LBS is having their "Black Friday" sale and I have a frequent shopper coupon for an extra 5% so I'll see if there's anything I can't live without. Nothing fancy - no n+1.

Ha! Turns out I was posting in the wrong thread.
All thanks to Mrs. S who saw that I needed a push 3 years ago and gave me two firm hands in the middle of my back.
OK, maybe not *all* thanks because some goes to you guys, too, for the support and encouragement you've shown during my journey back.
I hope y'all had a good -no, a GREAT, one

No riding on T-Giving but pieces of 3 different pies. A piece of pie today, too. Good grief. 2 much pi, if such a thing is possible.
26 degrees F now but hope to go on 35mi second-to-last club ride of the year tomorrow. Might hit 50F - heat wave! Something to be thankful for.
