PayPal sends auto renew twice
Paypal renewed my premium membership twice, charging me $12.00 each time. I contacted them and they are less than helpful, telling me I must contact BF for a refund.
I did send a message to BF support with transaction ID #'s and dates, but no response. Can anyone help me out?
FWIW, I cancelled all my PayPal auto renewals. Seems like its not really a premium membership "benefit", if it causes this much hassle.
