Buying advice for a first roadie

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Buying advice for a first roadie

Hey everyone, after a few years of riding a hardtail I decided It's time to try a roadie. My height is 182 cm, and my budget is around 450£ (13000 Czech Korunas). I've been searching around the used market in my area lately and so far found the following: Lapierre Audacio 500 on Shimano 105 (2015/16?), Cannondale caad8 2016 on tiagra and a specialized allez sport 2008 (cheap) (the shifters don't work) , which would allow me to fit almost full shimano 105 r7000 on it. What do you think? Thanks for the advice in advance.
