Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Going from eggbeaters to ATACs is pretty significant. Just my two cents, but unless you are absolutely short on cash, you'd be stupid not to do it.

Dumb question, how are these different from SPDs?

Also, Sol, there's a 69cm Schwinn on Chicago CL

Speedgoat.com has a 20% off sale through 11/27, with "black9" as the coupon code. More mountain than SSFG, but there's relevant stuff in there.

Little Black Friday sales over at https://www.ebikestop.com/ShippingOffer.php ;o

But then again I'd imagine all the websites have their respective deals going on right now. If only we could spend the day shopping online instead of at the stores...

On the main page of the website, there's a slideshow at the top telling what the deals are. $175 722TS, $100 steel fork for the 722, $110 carbon fork for the 722, 15% off wheel stuff, T-shirts $5-$10.
