I wear my age with pride!
I really don't like it when someone younger than me calls me "young man." Call me sir would be more appropriate.

It's those crazy hip bikes I have. People don't believe I'm 52 and I tell them a lot of my friends are dead now and I think the bikes kept me going.

Just visited my 91 yr old Dad - kinda leaning toward that being elderly - long time outdoorsman & mountaineer but never heard him talk about cycling

If you fall and people laugh, you are still young.
If you fall and people start rushing to see if you are okay...you're elderly.

I taught High School and when the kids referred to me as old, reply was " If you're lucky , it will happen to you ". I spend my days now doing things that remind me how lucky I am.

I'Il be 68 this Dec (2018) and don't feel "old" or "elderly". I got a compliment from a neighbor (plumber) who I was helping put in a new field hydrant. When I first approached him about doing the plumbing work, I asked if he wanted me to dig the old one out, or if not to do it, as I didn't know if I could hit anything with a shovel that could cause further damage. He said I could go ahead as I was probably younger than him. I asked his age--55!! Guess my ballcap hid all the grey hair, but I'll take a compliment like that any day!

Everybody who is not in the process of committing suicide is trying to get older. Whichever you choose, I wish you well.

That bike looks to me like it's designed to solve the problem of getting older. Brakes aren't functional and the handlebar isn't secured.
