Looking for a decent 1980 era 3TTT handlebar. either central CA, or LA area prefered, since it feels like shipping could be pricey and or a pain. If within any reasonable distance to me (or my regular areas i visit), i could pick up. i have a 1990s era 3TTT forma (?, aero routing enabled)) that i don't like, and would like something more L'Erocia appropriate

Jim drilled this for a triple for a buyer that brought him the crank for the build when he bought the frame from Steve Parke who I think bought it from Jim.
Not just one, but two adapters.

Ok, tx. Just wanted to be sure, the adapters are a bit of a kludge but work ok if they are tight. Are the Deore pedals different from the AX road pedals, pic?

I have one of the Deore touring cranks in DD, a couple of the DA cranks in DD and a couple of pairs of the pedals, one pair still in the box. I'll have to do some digging to find all of it but can do so.

The easy way is to put a tire on it and see if it fits. I have a few sets of wheels but would not trade for one wheel. I have 1 pair normandy high flange tubular, 1 pair normandy high flange clincher and a pair of mallard low flange hubs, but would need rims. all 32 hole.

You will never break it in unless you treat it, that is what softens the leather. it takes me about 500 miles but I am a heavy guy. And if you get a leather saddle from someone else it may be as bad or worse as it could be broken in to fit the other person.

Thanks - I guess they're really 6500. The short cage actually would work for the rear derailleur for the gears I'm running. I have a couple pegged on Ebay if it doesn't work.

ISO:
Huret chainstay cable stop
Huret top tube brake housing clamps Thanks to @FBOATSB
I'm also looking for some sturdy bottle cage clamps. I had bought some of the Velo Orange ones, but I'm not terribly impressed with how sturdy they are. I'd prefer something French, but not too picky. Nothing too bulky though
For a 1976 Motobecane Grand Jubile. I didn't have the top tube clamps, and somehow lost the chainstay cable stop
