Maybe call R&A Cycles. BMC Corporate is the worst at responding. However, they obviously have an interest in having dealers carry their line. I was at a shop (they carry Colnago, Soma, Pinarello, Goomah, Cervelo, Ritchey) right after the BMC rep left. I had also emailed them with some questions three different times in the prior month and never received a response. I relayed my experience to the shop owner. They were appreciative and it appears that they do not plan on carrying BMC. Great bikes...horrible customer service and response through BMC Switzerland. A local dealer can help you and I find the guys at R&A Cycles to be quite responsive.

I also contacted BMC via their website with inquiry in regards to tire clearance data and got crickets. Really disheartening.
Sad to say, not even ebay is showing a used one. Kerasakti, I would consider the carbon repair route personally.
