Anyone familiar with this eBike?

The sellers states it's brand new and gave the following description.

Geared brushless motor
Aluminium alloy frame
wheel diameter 20"
Max rated load:100kg
Max speed:25km/h
cycle weight:22.03kg
Max full charge distance over 20km
Battery system :-
capacity:10Ah
voltage:24V,litium battery(lion)
Motor:-power:180 watt(rear geared Brushless)
Charger:220V-240V Input voltage

I didn't want to spend $500 or more to convert my bike into and ebike and when I saw this I became curious to see if the parts are decent enough to scrap and use on my Dahon Speed D7.

He wants $325 for it. I figured I'd sell the bike for $80-$100 come Spring. Worth it? I'm looking to get a little assist on longer rides and to deal with headwinds.

Might be worth it but try to get an honest estimate of how much wear/life is on the motor and battery. Would not be much of a deal if you had to replace either right away.

Figure, you'll get about 12mph (20kph) and about the same in distance WITH pedaling..

Do you have a PIC of his bike?

Sorry I totally forgot somehow. Added now.

I'm looking for an easy swap without having to rebuild wheels, buy new parts, etc....If that is possible then it might be worthwhile for me to scrap the parts, sell the bike, looking at a final cost of $225-$250 if I can get $75-$100 for the bike which I should be able to around here in Spring. If not then I'll just keep quiet and keep on pedaling.
