I just switched out my Swisstop Yellow King brake pads for new Black Princes on the Giant with the new cheapie carbon wheels. I just wanted to see how much difference the new pad material would make. And I was planning to offer to mail the Kings to anyone who wanted them. I was shocked, shocked I say to find that the Kings were essentially used up. They were worn down to the end of the "tread", nearly smooth. I was surprised, because so much rubber was left on them. Anyway I just pitched 'em in the wastebasket. Sorry! They were Campy compatible for my Zero Gravity calipers so not too many folks could have used them. Too bad.

Actually think about it, it is. One swears an oath like the hippocritical one, whoops, I mean the Hippcratic one. Now in a parallel meaning we use swear words (profanity) or oaths which are also in this usage profanity. If you look it up, you will see both definitions.

Except those are two different words, with two different meanings. Homogeneous is the correct word for most usage, and homogenous is a specific biological term relating to a consistent gene pool. If you are going to accept them as the same word, then I advise you to tolerate other errant misuse.
