Id a "Cinelli"?

Per seller:
"Classic lugged steel frame Cinelli comes with tubular wheel set has been repainted not sure of the year a mixture of Shimano drive train miche cranks Cinelli stem and bars new tape"

It truly is a mix of components.
Not seeing Cinelli. Can anyone ID??

My guess?

It probably has a Cinelli BB shell and that made someone think it was a Cinelli, so they got this head tube decal and popped it on the frame. Edit: Or bought it with the Cinelli decal applied!

Have very high doubts it's actually a Cinelli. Dozens, hundreds, maybe thousands of builders used Cinelli BB shells.

If it were my size and I got a better review of the dropouts, fork crown, fork ends, joins, and had an idea about the tubing, I could see giving $200-300 max.

Quite possibly a Lejeune due to the cable loop on the drive side seat stay. Definitely not a Cinelli and note that the seller has been at pains to not show the fork crown, seat cluster or the the head lugs.

Thank you all for the quick replies.

Back story: bertinjim told me it wasn't a Cinelli but I didn't realize he knew what it was. I guess I should have clarified that!
I have been seeing the ad for sometime (it was first listed back in September on Pink Bike).
https://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/2652419/
It's only $225 Canadian which is about $170. Interesting that the bike hasn't sold yet (add was renewed recently) making me wonder what issues it has.

Very probably a Lejeune. I hadn't noticed the brake cable stops brazed on the lower top tube's non-drive side. Remember, Bernard Carre built a lot of the Lejeune mid to high end frames and that would be well worth C $225. I just can't see the stay caps even with enlargement of the photo. The tubular HF Normandy Luxe Competition wheel set would be typical of that level of bike. You really need to see the stay caps and seat lug pinch bolt ears to know if it's Carre.

I was just looking at barnfind's post on French bike ads and he had included this:

Look at the detail of the brake cable stops and the rear derailleur cable stop on the chainstay. Notice the presence of dropout eyelets . This one is a Carre from the stay caps.

"Hi

Do you have any other photos?

Looking for photos of the seat post at the point where the seat stays join, just below the seat.

Also a shot of the front lugs ( where front forks join the steerer tube)

Lastly, any issues with frame and forks (previous collisions??) And how are the tires????

Wesley

Ps I live near Niagara Falls. Would be passing your place Wednesday morning on way to Minden then again Thursday evening

Waiting for a reply
