Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Thank you, They are pretty sweet and I love them. They can be pretty spendy, but as long as youre happy with them, doesn't that make it worth it?! come on man, pull out that wallet

Thanks again.

FYI - T6's 'The Standard' line, something that almost never goes on sale, is on sale today, for their weekly summer 'Hump Day' sale for 26% off. https://www.twinsix.com/

Went over to the Twin Six HQ and tried on/picked up a blue Standard jersey. Nice, not as nice as my Search & State, but it also costs significantly less -

Got home, my browser was still open on their site and I saw a casual T that I had to have - supposedly got the last one (monthly limited print). Hopefully, I'll get the 'item ready for pick-up' email soon -

Thanks. I have a black Forever Forward standard jersey which gets worn quite a bit. Seems to fit me just right.

Just snagged a Castelli Perfetto 2 in Mirage for $69.

Three more months and everyone will be complaining about the cold. I'm getting ready early.

So I bought this magnet @ Amazon for $6 +

So I can do this.

Couldn't do the running a cable shield/sheath inside the frame as a wire guide because the entry hole in front of the CAAD12 only fits the brake inner core cable.

I just put black elite link on my caad12 too! Took some time to get right, but it looks great, is flexible, and allowed me to shorten some of the cable runs.

Check out F3 Cycling's out-front mount. I've got them on two bikes, a little finicky to get set up, but great once it's there

As for me, two more pairs of dhb Aeron shorts... one black, one white. Needed something plain to pair with all the jerseys I keep getting

After taking 3 weeks, I finally came across the perfect pair of socks to pair with my new Custom Bonts! Straight from Australia (Cost me as much to ship them as it did to buy them!!!)

Velo One socks. They are surprisingly very nice quality. Wasn't expecting such a nicely made sock from a brand that I had never heard of before. Perfect match and feel great too.

Maybe so...but it was Christmas, and I still had to smile and tell my wife I loved it, just like my kids with all the crappy ties for Father's Day.

It's a good idea, but it might also give a false sense of security.
