We need a sticky - "Touch-up paint database".
I have the local the Baker Street irregulars here looking for nail-polish to match 1985 Peugeot Pearl White, if successful I will post what works.
For the op, please do also.

If you want a nice match and are willing to spend $20-30, bring the frame to an auto paint shop and have them custom mix a small bottle for you. Have done this half a dozen times and always pleased with the color match and quality of the paint. IFF you want to spend that much!

My method has been to spend a really huge amount of time staring at the bike in various lighting and then keep an eye out for nail polish that I think will work when I take one of my daughters shopping for beauty products. Believe it or not, that has worked for me.
More recently I got a bike that needed a lot of touch up for a metallic candy apple red finish. I asked my youngest daughter if she had any glittery red nail polish. She had one kind. It matched perfectly. I'll post pictures in another thread soon. It was like a Festivus miracle in April.
The point of this is, try nail polish. Of course, if you guess wrong more than a couple of times the auto shop method Flying G suggested might end up being cheaper.

I have the same bike. Judging only from the online picture, this Testors model paint might do.

I didn't bother with trying to fill in the grooves, because the bike is generally in high beausage condition, but it's a good 10-footer now.
