1972 or so...

Since I've been on a bike. Ticker hiccuped Sept of 18, took 2 stents. If I don't get out of this recliner, that's where they'll find me.
Picked up an absolutely, as new 2015 Trek Verve 3 Wednesday for a bargain. God bless divorces!
Was seriously looking at the current model year at my LBS.
I hail from Iowa, no we don't grow taters, no it's hardly flat here. If we didn't trim it, it would be a jungle. We have a rolling party here every August from the left river to the right river.
See you on the tarmac.

Hey FF,
Nice to have a new member from Iowa join us here on BF...take it easy while trying to get back in the saddle, glad to see that you are looking at a new ride to get you back into cycling.
Best, Ben

xiaoman1, thanks for your reply. Yesterday I got out in the after noon for a nice neighborhood ride. Stopped at my local convenience store, upon leaving I tried negotiating a tight quarters walkway, elevated, with curbs. Whoops! tipped into a parked car at too slow a speed to maintain control. Really embarrassing, but the best parts are, nobody saw me and no damage to anything.

Yesterday I scored a Cycle Ops Fluid2 trainer off the internet. With my luck, I better get hot on the trail of a good indoor helmet...
