Waterford frame and PDG 7
I am thinking about selling both the Waterford frame and the 92 PDG 7.
Paramount Waterford frame looks to be original paint and decals.
PDG 7 looks to be mostly original and in very good condition.
I was going to change the parts from the PDG 7 to the Waterford frame but I am thinking about just selling them.
Any ideas what these might bring?
Thanks for any help..
Called Waterford for info below
SER# 580DMW M90004
Code:580 - 58 CM, D - matching fork, M - OS Tubing / option, W - Waterford,
M - December 90 - 1990, 004 - 4th frame of month.

Well, at least one of them has to go, as they obviously don'r both fit well due to the disparate sizes. In season, I'd be asking $350-$400 for the Series 7, as pictured. I'll defer to other members on the Waterford.

Question. By the looks of the seat tube on the 7 you need a bigger frame. Do you know if the 58cm is going to be the right frame for you? Reason I ask is that if it is, I would be tempted to keep it. The Paramount looks to be in great condition and only needs a few, minor touch-ups to the paint to make it look like new. Do you have another comparable road bike at the moment?
You can check eBay for completed listings to see what framesets go for. Don't look at the asking prices, check completed sales. I'm guessing you are looking somewhere around $400.00 for the frame. Buying a new one of comparable quality would set you back $2,200.00 on the low side. I visited Waterford's site and their base lugged road frame is that amount. Yours has nicer lugs IMHO. If I had even a chance of wanting to use it, the answer is a no-brainer to me. Find some nice parts and ride it.

Thank you for the replies guys. The Waterford frame would be the correct size I do not have any other road bikes I have several PDG 90 and one PDG 60 mountain bikes. I looked on eBay as you suggested and I found one PDG 7 frame sold for $320. I hate to strip down such a nice bike. In my other post with a poll Most said to use the parts on that Waterford frame it just seems wrong.

I bought a PDG 7 with a new 105 10 speed group a few years ago. IIRC I paid about $600. I think I overpaid but it was in very nice condition. The frame has cool details like the diamond bottle cage braze-ons and internal brake cable. Shame about the unicrown fork, what were they thinking?

Jamesdak,
I noticed in your profile you have a Schwinn circuit listed. I thought you might enjoy this picture of my old one, it was a very nice bike.
