I have a pair of tubular 28h CXP30s somewhere. Good rims! I used them for a season laced to some Dura-Ace hubs. Then, I had my hands on some Zipp rims, so decided to cut the DA hubs out of the aluminum rims and lace them to the deeper carbon rims.
When I did that, all those little triangular inserts inside the CXP30 came loose and are rattling around inside of the rims - basically I think any attempt to build them again would be about the biggest nightmare I could imagine.
Carleton, if you or anybody else on here wants to take on this nightmare I will gladly send you two rims for the cost of shipping, although I'd probably be faster about it if you also gave me the money equivalent of a sixpack of beer or a decent bottle of wine.

High profile rims start at like the Zipp 404 depth. These aren't that tall.

Question about fitting
Finally posting question about fitting.
I'm sorry about not wearing cycling cloth and cycling shoes.
wearing slippers....... sorry....
I am really busy recently, so it's unstable when I'm riding.
Do you guys think I need a longer stem? or do I need any adjustment?
Thank you for your help

Need to have cycling shoes on too, saddle might be a bit high, but can't tell if you're not wearing the right shoes.

It's hard to tell just from a short video - when I fit riders, I usually like to see them spinning, sprinting, chasing: basically I watch them in a race, I see where their body goes when it's under duress, and I think about all of those positions.
Anyway, with that as a caveat - yes, it looks like you're riding too short and too low. Your arms are going down to the bars, and as a place to start, I would want you reaching more, with the bars higher. I can't really tell but you have a deep drop stem on there and it looks fairly short. 100mm? I'd recommend that you start your experimenting with a stem with a more standard level of drop, and longer too.

Thank you for your advice
I'm currently using 90mm.
I tried 110mm, but i felt too stretched.
Should I purchase a 100mm stem?
Also I will upload an another video, but i'm busy recently. So I don't when I can upload an another video....
thank you again for your help

If you're using Nittos, you might try a 100-110mm Pearl stem, it will raise the bar a couple of centimeters. But I'd post another vid shot from straight on from the side at hip level before you make any changes. The down angle may be making you look lower than you really are.

I've given myself the goal to develop more power for next season. To do so, I assigned myself a step 1 goal, which is to gain 15 pounds of muscle. I'm 5'5" and currently weigh in at 142. I have very little fat, and am fairly muscular. I'm looking for tips on how best to gain this muscle weight that I want.
I already do Squats (3 sets of 5), Deadlifts (3 of 5), Pull ups, chin ups, and push ups. All this on monday, wednesday, and friday.
On the bike I already practice sprints as well as longer (45km) rides at a good pace (30-32kmh) at least once a week.
I also rock climb twice a week if I can.
I currently use Muscle Milk protein powder (open to suggestions!) and eat a vegetarian diet.

Hi, folks. Pedal-related quesion here: I'm getting a track bike together to start riding on the velodrome and might be picking up a set of Look Keo Classic pedals in a trade. I've heard a couple stories about these coming unclipped on the track. Is this anything I should be concerned about?

Do you know how much protein you get in a day total? How many calories?
15lbs is an extra 50,000 calories, are you planning to eat that? Thats extra, on top of daily burn.
