Post Bianchi Iseo

New Here.
Looking for some sort of info on the Bianchi Iseo.

Not much on line in the way of reviews on this bike. Does any one here have some sort of "review" they can offer?

I was looking into getting this, tested it, but wanted to see what others felt about it. I know only so much about bikes, so I was hoping this would be the right place to find out.

I've always liked the looks of it, and I looked at the specs when I was shopping around earlier. As much as I liked it visually, the components on it are below what you could get for another similarly priced bike from another brand.

Bianchi USA is on the West coast because It too is coming across the Pacific, TW, not from Italy.

Alloy frame, alloy straight blade pinpoint fork. Not going to ride that well unless you can fit wide tires. Looks nice, but between my CT and our crappy DC roads I wouldn't touch it. YMMV.

Looks ok, but the specs are messed up on the web site. The head tube looks like it might be kind of short so it might ride a bit more aggressive than similar bikes from other manufacturers.

Thanks for the info. I will need to find similar bikes from other manufactures to look at. If you guys have some names, let me know while I am looking.

Thanks again for your thoughts.

They call it a tourer. But it looks similar to many performance hybrids, like theTrek FX, Specialized Sirrus, etc. All major mfrs have them - Giant, Cannondale, Raleigh, Trek, Specialized, etc.
