Bridgestone MB-1
Saw an ad for what I think is a 1991 MB-1, comparing the seat tube decal to what is in the 1991 catalog (https://sheldonbrown.com/bridgestone/...ne-1991-11.htm). The top tube and downtube designs don't look exactly the same though--doesn't have that tapered diagonal of gray.
Anyway, the bike looks like it has seen better days:
Seller is asking $120. Seems like a decent price for here in Southern California. I'm a bit wary based on the condition. I'd appreciate any thoughts!

$120 is a good price for a MB1. Go get it if it is your size. It would make a nice project.

Still learning
Wheels don't match.
There are pics of MB-1s with similar paint schemes.

I'd get that in a heartbeat.
$120 is even decent for mb3

Go for it, you won't regret it. Check the stem and seatpost to make sure they're not stuck, of course. If they are walk away.

Thanks for the input, all. I couldn't get over to look at it tonight, hoping it's there tomorrow at lunch time and he is available. My evenings are always busy with family stuff. I'm on the short side, so I'm always thinking that something might be too big for me, but having a MB-1 would be pretty sweet.
