Trek FX3 Bar Ends
Hi All,
I purchased a red Trek FX3 this spring and when the bike falls over there are these bar ends I suppose you call, plastic they say "ISOZONE" on them but they snap and break. They're basically like caps at the end of each handle bar.
The Trek store is going to give me a few samples but I'm wondering if there is a metal version I can replace them with that can hold up to when my bike does fall over even if I'm careful.
Has anyone found anything that works?
Thanks!
Jason

If it’s just a cap I remember a time when they were metal so check amazon but don’t search bar ends that’s something different google bar ends and you’ll see what I mean but why is your bike falling over? Maybe you’d appreciate having a kickstand?

It's an end cap, any will do, as long as it's the correct diameter, in your case, probably a rubber one rather than metal or plastic.
Also thinking you should look at what you are doing to let the bike fall over, as you can damage far more by doing that, than a plastic end cap, from the sound of it, it's a regular occurrence, and is now the norm!
