Thru axle rack with standard dropouts

I'm about to buy a cargo rack for my wife's car from Rhino Racks. They rack I'm looking at has permanent thru axle mounts on the front. I love this idea as it instantly adds a bike rack to the cargo rack. However, none of our bikes have thru axle forks. They are all standard dropouts. I know everyone is converting their quick release racks to thru axle and there are plenty of after-market adapters to go that way. I'm wondering if there is an adapter that will allow me to GO THE OTHER WAY: from thru axle to standard dropout.

Any ideas on how I can do that so I can make this cargo rack useful?

Thanks.

Problem Solvers makes a thru axle to QR adapter and I'm sure there a plenty of other ones available too. They are made to use in a thru axle wheel, so it will work in a QR fork, but you can stick the adapter in the rack and use a QR to secure the fork. Its probably best to buy an extra QR to leave in the rack, unless you want to keep removing the one from your wheel.

You're backwards there dsaul but I know what you're talking about. I used to use a similar device to run TA hubs on a QR fork.
The OP has QR wheels and the mount is through axle.

Not really backwards, He needs to use the adapter in the rack, so his QR fork will mount to the rack. It looks like the rack comes with the 15 x 100 adapters for the rack and he will need to put the problem solvers adapters inside the Rhino thru axle adapters.
