+1 with the FD part.. since you found them together the little part could be a water bottle boss. Thread a water bottle cage bolt in there, if it fits it can be a water bottle boss.

Isn't that a recessed brake pivot bolt nut? A short one to fit into the seatstay brake bridge
That's what it could be if it has an Allen head socket on the other end....

Could the tube nut be a chainring spacer?

They have the same thead than the water bottle boss if im not wrong. Well could be that or be used for that too.

Not a chainring back screw, the thread is totally different, different shape aswell.

That's definitely what it is, could be used front or back. The first recessed brakes generally used short nuts front and back, in later years as non=steel forks came on the market, long nuts were needed to accommodate different crown thicknesses.

Also pretty sure that is a Campagnolo FD hanger, I think they even shipped these with the derailleurs in some of the early years (I feel like I read that somewhere so don't quote me on it). I have one too from a small parts collection, I think there are still a lot of them out there in the wild.

This piece?

It's a front derailleur braze-on mount. It's not Campagnolo, though; their's were simple stamped parts while the OP's is an investment casting. Shimano shipped very similar mounts with their braze-on front derailleurs, but I believe they were made by Hitachi. Some had a little index pin that would fit a small hole drilled in the seat tube at the proper height.

Here's a Campagnolo front derailleur braze-on:

You are correct John, I forgot to mention that once they pointed out what it was, I knew. It is Cinelli.

That would make sense as this is the one commonly seen on Columbus tubed frames
