Raleigh Tourist

I have a 1980 black Raleigh Tourist for sale.

Frame size is 24 1/2" with full chaincase, Brooks B66 saddle, and front Dynohub (Dynohub works as do both lights). Paint and chrome are very good. The bike is located in Salisbury, MD.

This is local pick-up only, but I am willing to meet a serious buyer within a 50 mile radius of Salisbury. Price is $150 cash.

That's a screaming good deal. Someone's going to get very lucky and snag a full chaincase Tourist! GLWTS.

I need to do a clean-out, and this is the first. This is my only Tourist, but I have other Raleighs, so more will be coming.

If I were in the States right now this would be in my storage unit in Lancaster, PA right now.
Too bad it is so far down on the Eastern shore.

I could pick it up and keep it at my house in New Holland. Exactly where is it?

Meet dweenk halfway (Andover?), have a nice lunch, swap a few stories/lies and blast home.

…that’s what I would do….

Way down here is actually pretty nice if you flat terrain and water.

For anyone who has to cross the Bay Bridge I recommend lunch at Harris Crab House on Kent Island. That $50 you'll now save on the bike should cover the meal.
