Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

It was full Ultegra 10. It is currently bare as I cannibalized it for the [new] steel frame. Not sure what I'll do with the frame now.

Yep, 76 P14 in Silver Mist with the Campy Pista group. The pic is with the mostly original parts I had or close to it. It is now slightly different with a Phil/Mavic clincher wheelset and a Salsa stem with Nitto B123AA bars.

Late '70s or early '80s Panasonic DX-2000. Commuter. 65cm c-c, 61cm top tube.

61 cm '05 LeMond Reno. Group rides, trainer & a few crits. I know, I know, flip it (it is flipped), level the saddle, it's a triple, etc.

6'5", 35" pants inseam, 37" cycling inseam.

Cheers.

6'1" and some change with a 34" inseam.

59cm LeMond (I've since removed all spacers and cut steerer tube. In the process of trying to find a shorter headset cap)

59cm LeMond

58cm Trek (Still in the process of dialing in the fit)

EDIT: I'm really not as tall as some of you, but I'm definitely the tallest rider in the local peloton

6'4" ~34" inseam riding a 58cm Fuji. Been noticing my neck getting sore on rides. Do I need to reconsider what they sized me at? I'm planning on making a stop by the bike shop this week to get my initial tune-up. New bike, got just over 125 miles on it so far.

(I've made some adjustments to the fit since this pic was taken. Brought the bars down to a more flat position, ditched the silly reflectors.)

That seems way too small. I'm the exact same size/dimensions. These are my two road bikes.

Do you guys think 18cm is a little small for a headtube length on a 60cm bike? I am riding a 60cm bike with a stack of spacers, and I am thinking of going to a larger frame if only because my neck feels pinched and I feel like part of the issue is a short headtube.

Still looking? My Orbea's geometry is nearly identical to my buddy's 61cm Bianchi Veloce.
