How big CO2 cartrige for 700x32x road bike tire (55-95PSI)

How big CO2 cartrige is enough for 700x32x road bike tire (55-95PSI)? Right now I have 2x 16g cartrige and I have not tried to bump yet. Is 1 x 16g enough to get 90-95 PSI to the tire?

Do you really need to pump those 32mm tires to 90-95psi?

If you aren't going to practice with the thing to get good at using it, then you might need a 20 lb cylinder for your first time using it even if you had a 18mm 700C on it.

If you do practice a few times, then you'll know how much you'll need. Or at least be able to make a good guesstimate.

Find the 32mm tire on the chart, use 55-60% of 115 kg for the pressure for the rear tire and 40-45% of 115 kg for the front tire, just go to the nearest 5kg for both. Adjust from that. It's a starting point for a little trial and error. In my experience, I can run significantly less than what I thought and the chart will definitely show the same for you.

20 g cartridge out to be perfect,

i use this guy on 25's and 28's and it is like roller skating in a gravel pit, so with a 32 it ought to be just right.

people rag on the bontrger inflator, but i have no problems with it, especially on bontrager tubes, and you can remove the inflator and check the pressure, and put it back on there for more juice if you need it, in other words, it ain't a one shot deal like the cheap inflator i used back in 86.

On my 32mm tires, I normally ride at 75 psi. One 16g cartridge is usually enough to get me above 60 psi which is enough to get back home or to the car. I don't get many flats (I think buying CO2 cartridges is like backing up your PC - wards off failures..) but usually carry two cartridges just in case I screw up on the first try - but the ride at 60 psi isn't really all that different than at 75 psi (225 lb rider).

Just use a pump and you'll get thousand of inflations out of it and never have to worry about running out of Co2.

And if using a pump, you won't have to worry about whether the other 20 riders in your group hate your guts or not.

I weigh 230lbs and run 32mm at 50-60psi fully inflated. One 16g cylinder works for me.
