Laptop to phone push notification?
I'd like to set things up so that when I get a message in (MS) Teams, it creates a push notification on my phone, which will get forwarded to my watch. Is there a way to do this?

I have to allow Microsoft to manage my phone to use the Teams mobile app. 
Seems like a bad idea to allow that much permission.
