(advice) Pain above anus when clenching pelvic floor
Hey,
I am just hoping that this may be something that has been experienced by others/ways of remedying.
Essentially, I seem to have a chronic soreness in what seems to be the area just above and around my anus. It's particularly sore if I clench my pelvic floor, or for the guys, when I clench the penis muscle that moves your dong....
I was wondering if this is a common problem or something that can be fixed by exercises or a different saddle ect?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

See doctor. Internet is a great source of knowledge but it also harbors anti-vax and flat earthers.

If the nose of your saddle isn't angled up too far, see a doctor. If it IS angled way up, try leveling it.

It may be a fit issue and it may be a medical issue. I agree with the others that say to see your doctor.
