I bought a pair of Raceblade Pro mudguards (fenders), reduced to £28 in Halfords. Instructions were poor, but a bit of common sense made them easy to fit and adjust. First ride was a positive experience. They held firmly in place, and did their job. Not as all encompassing as traditional mudguards, but easy to fit and easy to remove when (if) summer comes.

Lightly used Wald front basket ($10) for my Chicago Schwinn Cruiser and balloon bike wheelset to finish my '51 Rollfast Beryl, which will leave me able to finish it and have all eight rideable. That was only $20.

My buddy is bringing them to me tomorrow if all goes well. That's a pair of black interrupter/cyclo-cross brake levers and a set (4 calipers) of Alivio V-brakes. These are going on my dropbar MIELE MTB with the black Tektro V-brake levers.

Next time I would highly recommend https://www.ticycles.com, made in the U.S. and super nice and easy to deal with. If I had the money right now I would have had them make a Ti set of custom Koga Denham style Bars for a project I am working on.

It finally came on Friday. Will post a good pic soon. Finish and welds look great. The clamp/bolt interface could be better but it seems to work. We'll see how it holds up to cyclocross remounts.
No doubt they make nice stuff, but a $400 seatpost on a $350 frame is a bit silly.

I had to replace my rear cog (15t) with my new dura ace (16t) cog because it was worn out. I had to buy a new chain as well (kmc 410). I HATE 48/16 IT'S SO SLOW

Now that I have it, pretty good.
Haven't been able to put the clamp through it's paces with re-mounts and whatnot but it looks and works great once I swapped the stock ti bolts with stainless ones. The titanium ones bound up bad when tightened.

I'm setting up my Cube as a lightish fixed hill-climber (Brit here). My normal build isn't particularly light - stiffness and strength matters to me because of how I ride. But stripping it down for hll climbs is just plain fun.
Anyway, so KCNC scandium seatpost, Ultegra direct mount front brake, TRP carbon TT lever, Mavic Ksyrium front wheel, bullhorn bars (Chinese alloy--no carbon for me there), Trek Madone SLR forks, Miche track cog, AEST titanium-spindle pedals, carbon saddle...
All for the princely sum of 150 quid, posted (most is second-hand). 2.4 kg saved, once the rear brake/lever and freehweel are gone. Down to 6.3 kg.

I love that bike, it would make a great SS bikepacking or touring ride. I would have already bought one but I have way to many bikes as it is. Most people never heard of them but their frames look really nice for a fair price.

Ordered a Pelizzoli Leggenda frame some months ago. Knew going in the issues people have had dealing with them and the long lead times so I was prepared. Was excited when I finally received pictures that it was completed and ready to ship

Then it arrived and the dropouts are bent
. They didn't use a brace in the dropouts and you could see the box had been crushed during shipping. Not exactly shocked but still disappointed. Not sure if it can be fixed being aluminum, will contact the local shop I use and see if anything can be done. If not I will try and send it back for a refund. C''est la vie!
