Also bought a set. Will all the cool kids laugh at me if I put track grips on these bars?

If you consider Jerad Leto, AKA Peanut the bandit, AKA Vixtor a cool kid, yeah. Probably press the red button of doom on your chrome bag while you ride too. He's a mean one.

I just might invite all of you to my next video shoot. You guys won't be riding your bikes though, I just want you guys to lie on the floor and be my red carpet and I'll run you guys over with my sweet fixie.

I considered this. It looks so good that way. But then I remembered that 1) I ride a ****ty conversion and 2) I try to be more about functionality than aesthetics.

Don't you know all cars ride and park exactly 41cm apart. How can you weave through traffic if your bars are that wide?

I'd love to see more of this type of offer. Those are damn well-made bags too! Does anyone know what Codura is?

I think its like a environmentally friendly pvc alternative. But I could be completely wrong and don't feel like looking it up.

from what blicks wrote me before.. "Kentucky is smooth and waterproof, whereas Cordura is rougher, more abrasion resistant, and just water resistant."

I know what Codura is, I was asking sarcastically. Codura is used in much military equipment.

Cordura is a fabric woven from bundles of, essentially, teased Nylon fibers. If some of the fibers break (like if for example you dragged your bag across the pavement after getting hit by a Hummer H3 with "guns don't kill people, I kill people!" bumper stickers) their untwisting serves to lock them together and protect the integrity of the fabric.

this isn't my sale, and personally I think it's silly to want one of these bad boys for street riding, but the ONLY reason i'm posting this is because I recall someone specifically asking for a low-pro/sloping tt, aluminum frame on here sometime over the summer, that was not a cinelli mash. I suggested one of these, but stated that you'd have to get lucky finding one in your size, because KHS definitely doesn't make 'em anymore. Well, if 59cm is your size, then you're in luck.
