Depends on work and where on the planet I am. Can be very early or very late. I've always been envious of people who can sleep in late because I can't even do that when I'm at home. I wake up around 7am no matter what.

One thing I can never do is sleep in late. I can sleep in late til perhaps 8am on holidays. I feel like the day's being wasted when I sleep past 6am, for instance...

After 11+ years on a extra-firm CalKing futon mattress (which was fantastic for about 10 years), the wife & I bought the memory foam mattress that Costco carried. I'm meh about it. It sleeps warmer (can be a problem in so cal), is super thick (so the top of the bed is like 8in higher than it used to be), and can be noisy in response to, ahem, vigorous repetitive movement

It's super erratic. But often, around noon. I've really been struggling to change this...and wake up at 5:30-6:00 am. But my screen addiction is too strong.

Without knowing any of your details, more likely a nutritional deficiency. That's what I got.
