Bruce Gordon Memorial Ride

We celebrated the life and work of Bruce Gordon in Petaluma, California today with a couple different bike rides and an afternoon pot luck. Many of Bruce's bikes were there. Many of the California custom builders were there and at least one from farther away.

Bruce's "Chicken Neck" stem.

Lugged Titanium.

Bruce Gordon Cantilevers.

Paul Sadoff's bike sports Bruce's titanium frame pump.

Custom Racks and Baskets

Mountain Bikes.

He had some many truly funky and original ideas. What an event to see them all in one place.

I met him once. He said he wasn't as amazing as people seem to think. It was proper humility.
