1:50 on the rollers, steady grinding.
qualitatively it seems like you're doing more than i remember in past years, but it could just be that you're posting more.
Woke up at -29. On the TSB side I generally hit -40 or so when I'm on summer vacation and riding and hiking hours and hours more than usual. I'm used to negative in the preseason, and tend to stay neutral to positive once racing begins to get serious. This is a bit deeper hole though, but with a planned week of rest it's calculated.

He's off to a warm and sunny island so he was trying to cram the training in before becoming a sloth for a few days.

Volume is about the same, probably a bit less due to reduced strength and yoga sessions. Training harder though , I think.

all this PMC talk got me aroused. After being around 100 all last year, the injury had me slide to 75 and now I'm back up to 90 and tsb around ~0 every day. Another week or three and I'll be at my 100/~0 that I like on weekdays and +15 on raceday.

it's my 36th bday, so what better present than over-unders 95/105%. breathing wise it was totally fine, but I suck at tolerating the burn in the legs

I had a big weekend, took off Monday, then three straight days of 120-ish TSS. Going to take off tomorrow and then race a 45' crit on Saturday. It's January, it's a training race (even if it's on the USAC calendar, it's still January man), and these are the days of negative.
No ragrets.

3.5 hours before work. Group ride was pretty slow compared to usual, but that just meant I got a few good anaerobic efforts in. Commute with a few sprints and some random efforts.
Bunch sprint in the group ride, and there were guys yellow line to shoulder. I was following the usual sprint winner. When it was time to go, he squeezed through the most miniscule gaps - forward and lateral - passing like 6 guys while crossing the whole width of the road. I was amazed, but scared he'd knock half the field down.

If it's the guy I think you mean, that dude doesn't care if he crashes half the field out.

zeCannon intervals. So much ouch, but feels so good.
Last one was a few watts lower, but I still got through them.

what's useful in strava premium?
do you guys look at the power curves or just make your own through 60, 20, 10, 5 etc min tests? is the strava power curve even accurate?

User friendly power curve and strava-ish performance manager. Power curves are as accurate as your meter. The performance manager is quantified from weighted avg power instead of NP (although it is still close to NP). I have both strava and training peaks and the charts match each other pretty closely. You get some other social features that are tied to KOMs as well. I think it is a good product and the power data is much easier to view than in training peaks (my opinion).

Been riding. Last night rode in the dark, a decent light really helps (duh).
Today was some sprints.
Crit Saturday! (a real one)
Then a fake crit on Sunday.
