Anyone use light-bicycle carbon road wheels?
I'm looking to get a pair of the carbon 38mm for my second bike. The price is only $500 and they are super light, specially in tubular. What do you guys think?

Depends on your abilities. If I bought a wheelset from them, I'd check all the spoke tensions and rectify if needed. I bought some 35mm cc rims and built up a wheelset. I am satisfied, but reports of their later rim versions aren't so good: Light-Bicycle.com carbon clincher rims - Weight Weenies

Does your bike already have wheels with carbon rims? I know there are differences - needing different brake pads, and I think reduced stopping power.

for the record, everyone I know that has purchased any chinese carbon wheels from any source has gotten free cork pads included with the wheels. They aren't Black Prince but they do give you carbon specific pads.
