Spanish Razesa bike info ?
I have a soft spot for not-your-normal bike makers so brought home this Razesa which I’d never heard of but found interesting. I can only find very limited info on them but they seem to have a solid reputation?
The groupset is a mixture of Shimano and Suntour derailment with Campy shift levers and drop outs,Sugino crank arms and chain ring and Modolo brakes. It also features a beautiful gold/blue theme that I’m not sure is original? I also have no idea if the mix of parts is original either but it just spoke to me so home it came.
Apparently they were bought out by Orbea at some point but I can’t find out much else ?

This bike is cool; nice pick up. Yes it is a "good" brand. Spanish bikes other than perhaps Orbea are rare in the US.

Looks like about 1984.
One U.S. agent for them at this time was Zeus Cyclery Corporation of New York City.
They offered their framesets/bicycles at this time in a dozen or so chromovelato finishes.
Here is a brochure page of 1986 showing them -

Thank you, that does answer some of the mystery. Looks like if I choose to do a full restoration I could use any groupset from that period. The Modolo brakes and levers are definitely staying put.

Back when Zeus was a going concern one thing unusual about them was that they manufactured bicycles as well as fittings. In roughly the early 1980's they closed down their frame building operation and all the Zeus badged cycles produced from that moment forward were done with Razesa produced frames.

Off grid off road
Quite typically Razesa used Zeus components. I shall post pics of mine when I get a chance - It is in the queue awaiting spit and polish.
Here is an informative site, I’m afraid in Spanish, but Google translate exists so this should be no problem!
