Is this Colnago Vintage Campy SR Real?
I came across this ebay posting just now and this crankset looks ... weird
The pantograph on the crankset overlaps with each other...
Is this authentic?

The pantographing or stamping was usually done by a third party. You can still get these freshly pantographed components today. I really don't think it matters, timeline wise, as long as you like the finished job. As far as I'm concerned, this enhanced crankset is reminiscent of the panto'ed cranksets of the 70/80's and could have been made way back then. I'd be attracted to buy it.

Authentic? it's a campy crank. The pantographing is lilkely done by Colnago as well, not many fakers have a Gorton or similar. As for overlapping, it's either put it there or skip it.

It is "real". If the panto was done back when or now is impossible to tell. I agree with mdarnton about the polishing. In one of my other hobbies (vintage watches) this item would be considered to be an OPOS (overpolished piece of ****). Polishing should and can be done without altering the objects form and design but it takes skill and using the right methods. Taking care not grinding away at fine ridges and details. With bikeparts there are sometimes potential for making the object lighter by altering its form - but that is not the case with this item - this is just "oh - shiny!!!" And maybe "oh - I will make it shiny so someone will pay extra for it".
