Pretty nice bike; never seen a 700c folder before. And this RackStand is really pretty genius:

The rack stand is really creative, but in practice not that great. I never used the stand functionality. It tipped over easily on anything other than flat hard ground, flopped around if you tried to use when carrying the bike, can't be used with stuff on the rack, and once I added a duel kickstand, unnecessary. I ended up replacing it for a lighter and stronger normal rack and haven't regretted it at all.

I don't know. Belt drive bikes come at low price points too.

Interesting. Expensive components on a cheap bike. I've seen Vilano bikes parked on the street. They look very cheap. But they may be a good thing for some people.

That's a pretty amazing deal actually. Belt-driven Alfine 8 with Shimano Hydraulics for under $500? From the reviews, looks like the belt itself is quite cheap, so a replacement with a Gates Carbon is in order, that's another like $70, but that's stlll a great deal

You get what you pay for. The frames and miscellaneous hardware are very cheaply made. It's a fair deal, not an amazing one. I could see buying it for the drivetrain and brakes and moving them to another bike.
