Source(s) for colored brake cable housing

Specifically, looking for a pleasing BROWN, not light tan.

But, other colors may be of interest, too.

You could also try Pork Chop BMX. They have a wide variety of colors. It's good housing.

I typically just buy from Pork Chop. Sometimes you can get better bundle deals from his eBay store.

I've used Pork Chop for a couple of bikes. The blue matched my Legnano almost perfectly. I also used the brown along with Brooks leather bar wrap. Good stuff.

Simworks Nissen stainless clear brown shifter cable. They also have one for brakes but that one is sold out in all colors.

Comes with a polyethylene liner and uses stainless steel coils.

If you want texture there is also the Italian textured one. Their Italian red looks pretty brownish red to me:

Contact them for longer lengths of your favorite colors and forgetaboutit.
Plus, after one purchase with email required = 'updates on your favorite products!'

(regularly updated on the price of various ball bearings and saddle conditioning, even tho 'unsubscribed' to all.)

This ebay seller has several bundling options with brown housing. One listing shows cables and housing for $12. This one also includes cotton tape for $20.
