Hi, free is a very good price. I never torque my small fasteners, trusting to experience and 'feel'. But I am frequently asked to help others in this town (free of bike shops) and wonder if it would be wise to follow manufacturers recommendations when it's someone else's ride. Is this a decent quality tool? Are instructions included? If yes to all, I would appreciate having the torque tool you're offering. Thanks, John
