Yeah, I ordered the accessories pouch because my old one from my Timbuk2 bag is wearing down after 3 years of constant use. It showed up as 10$, instead of 20$, in the checkout screen, was 5$ after the coupon, so pretty sweet.

Also, I have to say I am pretty impressed with their customer service so far. I had a hard time choosing a color, ended up ordering the pastel blue/black because my Ortlieb is already bright yellow. Woke up this morning, had a complete change of thought, and I decided I wanted another yellow bag. I sent them an email telling them what was up, emailed me back less than an hour later saying it wasn't a problem to switch colors.

EDIT: Ordered a Metropolis, which is 40 cu l bigger than my Ortlieb, so I wonder how huge it is going to look on my 5'8" body. I was thinking about ordering either the Mini Metro or Citizen in addition to it, but I am not sure. I just like huge bags.

the reviews on the accessory pouch say the velcro sucks ass and the velcro comes loose and people's **** goes flying. be careful!

Yeah, I saw those reviews. I guess they updated the velcro, though, but we'll see.

If anything, I can just mod a clasp to it, which I was already thinking of.

Just to let you guys know, apparently the Chrome discount DOES work for Gift Cards.

May be worth it to stock up on gift cards to use in the future. Maybe in conjunction with other deals to multiply the effect.

Also, note that the chrome discount code does stack with their other offers apparently.

So for instance, if you buy certain bags you get half-off accessories.

Add the 50% off code and it comes to half-off back and 75% off the accessory.
That brings the Chromo logo tee down to $5, laptop sleeve at $10, utility pouch at $5 and accessory pouch @ $5.

This sale was actually posted on a few much larger 'deal' websites, which is probably what brought the site down temporarily (and ended the sale).

For instance, one site its listed on (slickdeals) has this listed as a "Front Page" deal and the dedicated thread has almost 14,000 views (over 10% of the views of this entire thread in one day vs one year). As soon as I saw this deal on their site, I knew it would be over soon. For reference, traffic from that site brought down HP, Best Buy, Sams, Staples, Office Depot and Office Max (among countless others) a few weeks back when the Touchpad went on sale.
