My day at work
Coppied this from another thread. All Base ideas come from 9 Healthy Homemade Protein Bar Recipes - Life by Daily Burn
I spent most of the day at work daydreaming about different mixes of protein bars (any flavor powder will do)
Pick your Binder - (Immitation Maple Syrup - Honey - Peanut Butter - Marshmellow - Jelly/Jam - Purree'd Fruit)
Add a Thickener - (Proccessed Oatmeal(Flour like) - Crushed Ceral - Pretzels or Chips - Powdered Sugar/Regular Sugar - General Purpose Flour)
Add a Main Ingredient - (Oats - Granola(I still don't know what that is made from) - Ceral ( I was thinking Raisin Bran) - Chips/Doritos? - Pretzels - and finally Popcorn)
Top it! - (Oreo Pieces - Gummies (chopped>?) - Nuts(Peanuts/Almonds) - Baking Chips(Chocolate or White) - Dried meat (why not?))
Open to suggestions. Don't tell my boss..

perhaps, I'm making granola for my first time, so far the best binder seems to be a light water mix, to a reeses pb texture. I have 4 types in the oven now, experimenting if anyone has experience chime in
