I'm doing my darnedest to get rid of my belly so I no longer have to hide it, rather than rely on a shirt to try to hide it. Having less of a belly to carry around, especially on a bike, makes it easier to ride up hills. It also means I can now wear an XL T-shirt instead of my usual XXL's.

The good thing is that I do have nice 6 pack abs... the bad thing is they're still covered with some fat.

Ive never been a big eater, so at the grand old age of 44 i still have a 28in waist and little six pack. The air turbulence turns my tee into paint and i find dark colours actually worst for making me look like a telegraph pole.

Printed tees can help shift the focus, and i like those two above.

Seriously....What a cutie. My rescue buddy is currently seeking attention. And he's also a big boy. Don't have any photos handy at the moment.

You probably could loose 4 inches off the waistline by just taking the effort to "de-hoard" the house...
