New rims
I’m looking to replace my Ukai 700c rims with Sun Ringle CR18 rims. I can’t find the CR18 36H rim in silver, only in black. Will this look stupid on my 1982 Fuji America touring bike? If so, any other rims come to mind that I can use. On a prior post of mine the CR18‘S were highly recommended.

I think the problem, for the time being, is that it may be out of stock because of the increased demand during the pandemic. All things bicycle related have been selling out.
If it were me, I'd get silver rims. I don't think black rims would be the look I'd want on a 1982 vintage bike. There are other good rims available. I'm sure our members will provide recommendations.
What is wrong with your Ukai rims?

If you live in or near a large city, it may have a co-op. Call them. If they have one thing they will a lot if it's usually wheels and usually they are cheap

Vélomine has pretty remarkable prices on complete wheelsets, these with Sun CR-18 rims and a rear hub correctly spaced for your Fuji:

Can we see pics of your Fuji? What kind of hubs?
If you're going 28mm or less for tires, many recommend the lighter weight Sun m13ii. It's just a nicer experience, for me anyway.
