My 10 Year Roadie-versary Today
12/10/06: Ten years ago today. . .
I got my first road bike, a Felt F55.

54,355 miles have gone by these 10 years,
and I'm so glad I became a roadie.
I gave the Felt away at 30,000 miles and nowadays I ride a
bit of an upgrade (S-Works Roubaix Di2), with occasional rides on an '81 steel Univega.
Special thanks to my wife and kids for being an indispensable part of Team Oldstrong,
riding with me when they can, and always cheering me on.
Thank you Bike Forums members for all the tips and tricks you shared with me these 10 years.
Thanks also for all the miles we have ridden together, sorry if I forgot some folks.
Thank you for riding with me:

Always a pleasure riding with you, Dan. It's about time for another Giusti's run, don't'cha think? But if you take more trips into the Pain Cave, I'll still wait outside.
Oh, and no more , okay? Once was more than enough.

Happy Roadie-versary Dan!
Speaking of roadie, my 12yo just got a road bike (42cm/700c) for Christmas and he's really excited to "graduate" from the kid's mountain bike. Has there been any "old school" get together rides?
