Hunter Allen's $99 race video analysis
Cool idea. Or, just post your video here on bikeforums.

'Race analysis' is a different animal than coaching and its another skillset entirely. I'd trust giving a race analysis to someone like @carpediemracing over a guy that is a natural in the sport and just rode otf in every crit. I'm not saying they're bad at it, but you drop a video on this board and you'd probably get the same if not better analysis. Personally I'd rather have a guy with no talent that has to scrape by on tactics over a guy with natural ability looking at the videos.

I think it could be interesting. I've had video analysis done on some of my track racing, but that was from more of a birds-eye view. It was very helpful. I'm not sure how analysis from this viewpoint would work.
That said, I know Hunter has worked with people at all levels of the sport for decades and raced himself many years ago, so he has quite a bit of experience. If your tactics are the thing holding you back, or if you are struggling to stay in a race, this could prove very useful.
Also, given how much we spend on parts and training, $99 isn't that much for what could be a very eye-opening analysis.

out of curiosity, I went and found a couple of example analysis videos on his website Peaks Coaching Group - Race Video Analysis
i think this is good advice if you have <50 races under your belt. but having raced for 4-5 years now, I already practice most of these things he's talking about.

That is kinda cool. I'd try it, but I feel like the answer is always "at 10:08 you should have just pedaled harder."
At least that's what I think when watching my vids!
