Need a bike...Please help!

Hey I am new to the sport and have no idea what bike to get. I am 25 200lbs and have very little experience. Can anyone help?

200 lbs. Definitely want a very sturdy bike. Full cro-mo. Be prepared to spend well over $300 if you want anything half decent.
