[ASK ]MIYATA roadbike (just) frame identification

hi guys
recently i have a miyata frame (just frame & fork), the problem is, it's all repainted with all black colors (from the previous owner)
i want to repaint it back like the original and i don't know what model and how old this frame..
the clue is:
- frame number is TC80160 (some thread say first letter 'T' like 1991), i confuse
- internal cable routing (top tube)
- i tested this frame with little magnet, and this magnet just stick with seat stay and fork.
i just look at miyata catalog and found so many frame like mine (718A,721A,Seven14, and Seven21)
sorry i can't give you any picture, just imagine that models with all black color frame >_<

thanks
sorry with my english

Don't worry about your English, it is fine.

Your Miyata is probably exactly the same as my black one. Bet you wish you could see a picture of what I am talking about, right?

Without a picture of your bike, this thread is going to go nowhere.

here's the catalog page for a 1991 Miyata 721 https://2.bp.blogspot.com/_whtVpXkKwl...0-h/img276.jpg

Specs are Aluminum main tubes with Cr-Mo Steel Forks and Stays...those rack bosses are consistent with the catalog as well. You say a magnet doesn't stick to the main tubes, but it does on the forks and stays...I'd say its a good bet that's your bike.

Nice one too. Looks like a good candidate for repainting, or just riding a lot

thx for your answer, i'm happy to know this frame material. sweet combo.
so my bike from 1991, it's possible to know differences between 714 and 721 from that year without crankset, FD and RD
i think a frame number just the only clue here
