Look closely under the left drop, you'll see one of them. I tape the ends with bar tape. Team, yes. Fun. Exciting. Rewarding. At least potentially rewarding. I haven't been paid yet.

I was at Cyberknife Stage Race, friend shot the photo. I was so in the zone. Ref put his hand out to count down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. I thought he wanted a fist bump. I later heard they had a solid laugh about it after I took off.
